They are sorry...

A friend of mine recently sent me a link to a website entitled www.sorryeverybody.com. Please don’t waste your time visiting the site as all it is is 500 (plus) pages with photos of people holding signs saying how sorry they are that President Bush got reelected. Pretty sad. A majority of them are Americans, Kerry-ites for lack of a better term, and a handful of them are from other countries like France, Canada and Germany wishing us their condolences.

Now I don’t agree with everything the man does, but an entire website devoted to apologizing to the rest of the world for Bush’s reelection. Please. Maybe this is the reason Kerry and his ilk (demonstrated by this pathetic bunch) were beaten so soundly in the last election: they spent there time on useless projects like this.

What a pitiful group of doom-and-gloomers. Instead of recognizing the will of the people and banding together to (1.) prepare for the next fight (2006 Congressional elections) or (2.) God forbid, agreeing to work together, in a nonpartisan manner, with the powers that be to get something accomplished; all these people can do is apologize. Sorry Bush is an idiot, sorry he got elected, sorry we didn’t win, sorry Bush will end the world as we know it.
How about showing sorrow for supporting a candidate that had absolutely no plan to run this nation, protect us from terrorism and jumpstart the economy. How about being sorry for supporting a candidate who traitorously slandered his fellow soldiers in Vietnam, banded together with people like Jane Fonda and then ran on his record as a soldier and patriot. How about apologizing for backing the #1 liberal in the Senate, a man who couldn’t take a solid stand on an issue if his life, or billion-dollar fortune, depended on it.

What a disgrace.

Apparently these people are unaware that it is this President and this administration that have done more than any other to rout and bring to justice the greatest threat to the global community in history. It is this administration that has brought freedom to Afghanistan and shut down the Al Queda terror network, brought a madman to justice, brought a chance at democracy to ten-of-millions in the Middle East and gone after the individuals responsible for bombings and murders the world round, like in Spain, Russia and Israel.
Musta’ slipped their minds as they haughtily penned their apologies for the “rest of the nation,” those poor unenlightened saps who voted for a man who’s iron resolve, strong leadership and faith in God have kept this nation, and others, free from attack since that dark day in September 2001.

This crowd is ashamed of America, ashamed of their fellow countrymen and women . Maybe they should take a minute and think about the blessings this nation and their fellow countrymen and women (especially those in the U.S. military) have bestowed upon them before apologizing to the rest of the world, countries that couldn’t care less about the well-being of the greatest country in history.

But I will agree with them on one thing, they are a sorry bunch.
